I am going to try and set myself some goals at the start of each month
1. My primary aim at the moment is to loose weight, so my number one aim this month (and probably the next few months until I reach my goal) is to loose at least 1kg during October. I should be able to loose more than that but 1kg is my aim.
2. To keep my tomato plants alive! I am a bit notorious for killing plants but I really wanted to give it a try so I decided to start small with four tomato plants. I’m watering them every day and feeding them the special tomato food every weekend so fingers crossed we will be able to have some home grown tomatoes in our salad!
3. To complete the Heart Foundation Marathon. The aim is to walk or run the equivalent of a marathon during the month of October. This can be in one go or a bit every day. My aim is to be a little bit every day and to raise at least $100.
4.To edit my photos taken in Darwin so I can move on to the new Brisbane photos.
5.To complete the sanding down and varnishing of the “blue dresser”. When we moved to Brisbane I bought a dresser for $10 from a Facebook buy, swap and sell group. The dresser is painted a delightful shade of blue so I am trying to sand it down. I have discovered that using an electric sander literally requires your whole body weight and I am not very strong so it is taking quite the effort.
