November is my birthday month (and my lovely Mums too) and we will be in Bali for the actual day which should hopefully be nice and relaxing.
I thought I would help out the Aussie by sharing a few “suggestions” here! Most of my suggestions seem to be photography related (and are somewhat tongue in cheek!).
1) A HP Sprocket. I take so many photos on my phone, some end up on Instagram and / or my personal Facebook page but then they don’t see the light of day. The sprocket enables you to print photos out using bluetooth from your phone and I really like the idea of printing and displaying my photos around our home.
2) The Sigma 150 – 600mm lens. This is expensive and I have been coveting this lens for several years now but have not taken the plunge because of the price (I anticipate it will be several more years before I do buy it). I have been very lucky to borrow this lens from friends whilst in Darwin and have loved the photographs I have achieved. My current camera set up is pretty good but this lens would be great for wildlife photography which I am keen to get into.
3) A drone. I always used to think what was the point of a drone as I take my own photos but after watching quite a few videos of drone footage online, I quite like the idea of taking a drone with us to Bali to take some photos from above, especially when we go one some walks which I am keen to do.
4) A handbag. I bought myself a handbag as a present to myself for my last birthday and i’ve just noticed that it is becoming damaged along the bottom so it is probably about time for a new one.
